Description
This cookie is prepared with the minimum expenses of food, time and effort. The recipe can be useful to novice cooks. Usually bake it when my husband buys beer in a large bottle and can't finish. Well, not to pour out the same beer! :)

Cooking
Prepare the beer, flour and margarine for the dough.
Spread the softened margarine with flour to a fine crumb
Add beer and knead the dough. No need to add no salt, no sugar, no baking powder. The dough is put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. I sometimes make the dough in the evening and leave in the fridge overnight.
Roll out to a thickness of about half a centimeter. Cut out the shapes of the cookies. In the absence of special figures I cut out a glass.
Sprinkle with sugar (easier to dip each circle in a plate with sugar) and spread on a baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven until tender. Approximately 20-25 minutes.
