Description
If you love coconut cakes, you just need to try this! Pie? Dessert? Cake? Don't know how to call it a miracle from the distant Costa Rica, but it's delicious, really! Delicate aroma of toasted coconut, butter and condensed milk caramelizabella just crazy! My spoiled family gave chocados to cool, and it melted on the eyes. Besides preparing chocados ridiculously simple. Because Costa Rica is not in the list of national cuisines, I put American food, because Costa Rica located in Central America.

Cooking
The softened butter vzbit with sugar powder in a gentle cream. I took the powder from the "Haas".
Add sifted with the baking powder "Haas" flour and continue to beat until smooth.
The dough will be quite thick and sticky, and pour, as recommended in the recipe, it is impossible. Therefore, to spread the dough evenly over the form, shaping low sides.
Sprinkle the dough with even layer of coconut and pour condensed milk. I had a little chip – a little more than 200 to go to the store was lazy, but if I'd known how good this was-I would have ran. Laziness punished.
Bake on medium heat for 20-25 minutes. At first I baked at the lower heating, and when the dough rose and was a little reddening around the edges, I switched over to the total heating and turned on the convection.
It is recommended that cocadas to cool and then cut into squares. I couldn't do I just not given. A delicious aroma was so good that the queue eager to venerate waited 5-7 minutes just to not get burned. The edges have been tried immediately. Then I had to fight back and growl, like a lion to be able to make the final photo. And it jammed my little family!
But warm chocados beautiful!
