Cupcakes
Friends, in the latest issue of the magazine "Bread&Salt" I read this recipe and fired up to cook it. Amazing cupcakes with kefir turned out just air. A hat of meringue made this dessert the best thing I cooked lately.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Yogurt

    100 ml

  • Chocolate milk

    120 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Gelatin

    1 pack

  • Leavening agent

    1 Tbsp

  • Soda

    1.4 tsp

In a saucepan melt the butter.

Add the chocolate and let stir until until the chocolate is melted. Add the yogurt, baking soda, all mix and skip to the side.

Will beat into a soft mousse 2 eggs and 100g. sugar until the sugar is dissolved.

Ask the flour with the baking powder in a deep bowl.

Enter the chocolate mixture and mix.

In principle, everything is ready, you can serve our cupcakes to the table, but if You have a little time, then offer to decorate our cupcakes. Make Narcissus of mastic. We will need white fondant and shape with five leaves.
