Soup of mung bean in Spanish
Very delicate soup, enjoy it all!!!

Ingredients

  • Beans

    1 can

  • Corn

    100 g

  • Tomato

    400 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Greens

Cooking

Onions, carrots and garlic clean. Finely chop the onion. Carrot grate, chop the garlic. Pepper cut into cubes. With tomatoes remove the skin and cut into small pieces.

Heat the oil in a pan, fry a little onion, add carrots and peppers, garlic and chili powder. Fry 3-5 minutes, add 3/4 of the beans without the liquid, add the tomatoes and saute for 3 minutes. Pour approximately 1.5 quarts of water, add tomato sauce and Tabasco and cook low heat for 30 minutes

Avocado cut into small pieces, greens finely chop.

Remove the soup from heat and grind in blender puree.

Again put on fire, salt-pepper. Add the corn, remaining beans, avocado and greens. Bring to a boil and turn off. The soup is ready!!!! Enjoy
