Another unusual soup. Of course authenticity do not claim, it is rather a mixed version of this Armenian dishes with lentils and dried apricots. But nevertheless it turned out delicious and satisfying and juicy. And if you are a fellow admirer of soups, as I do-you just here!

Ingredients

  • Lentils

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt
