Very tasty and beautiful thing. A lot of syrup which is beautifully gelled when cooled turn out and smooth the berries into jelly! Our favorite billet black currant for several years. Recipe taken from the book "Home canning. New recipes". I invite you to try it! Out of this number of berries is slightly more than 1.5 liters of the finished product. Just still a bit on trial)))

Cooking
Berries to sort, wash, put in an enamel bowl. Cover with sugar and add water.
Put on fire, stir, bring to a boil. Cook over low heat 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove the jam from heat, quickly pour into dry sterilized jars.
Roll up banks and flip on cover (on smooth surface) to cool down.
And here is the same balance sample! Very little, almost all climbed into the banks... enjoy your tea!
