  • Sugar

    0.7 kg

  • Lemon juice

Cherries wash, to give a little dry. Take out the seeds, berries divide into halves.

Weighed together with the separated juice, fill with sugar, leave for the night.

Add lemon juice, put it on the stove, bring to a boil, diminish the fire and proverjaem to simmer 40-45 minutes, stirring occasionally and removing the foam. Bottled in sterile banks.
