This recipe can be described as quick, easy and very tasty. To prepare this dish is not difficult, but it will definitely have much choice, because here and aromatic rice, delicate seafood, and some garlic-herb flavor, and all this under a cheese crust. Cooking
Prepare the products. Boil the rice in salted water, mussels defrosted.

But I wanted cheese crust and serve this dish a La carte. Spread out the rice with mussels in ramekins or small molds.
