Frittata with zucchini
Very easy dish and incredibly tasty. Tender, flavorful - I cooked this weekend, when we suddenly came guests. Dare all almost out of shape for baking and eating, mumbling and groaning as delicious! The author of the recipe - chatskaa.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Parmesan

    80 g

  • Basil

    3 Tbsp

Zucchini cut into thin slices (at a great remove seeds and peel), onion half rings, garlic chop.

Heat the pan vegetable oil, fry the onions for about two minutes, then add to it the zucchini and garlic and sauté, stirring occasionally, 6-8 minutes. Season with salt and transfer to a deep bowl.

In a separate bowl, lightly whisk the eggs, half the cheese and chopped Basil leaves.

Stir the egg mixture with the zucchini. Form for baking grease with vegetable oil and pour it into the resulting egg-squash mixture. Sprinkle the remaining cheese and place in preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes, without covering with a lid.
