One way of cooking salted red fish

Ingredients

  • Fish

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Cognac

Fillet of red fish to prepare, free from small bones. RUB a mixture of salt and sugar (0.5 kg fillets: 2 tsp salt and 1 tsp sugar)

Sprinkle with 1.5 tsp. brandy or vodka. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 12 hours.
