In our family on the holiday table always pies. The dough is my favorite - lush, crisp, incredibly delicious, glassware for a long time not stale. Similar to the pies I bake in advance and before serving put on a couple of minutes in the microwave - pie immediately comes to life, becomes like piping hot. Cheese, mayonnaise and eggs gives the cake tenderness and juiciness.

Cooking
Prepare the dough. - Salt to grind with yeast. Add milk, sugar, softened (not melted) butter and flour. Knead the dough. Prepare the filling. Meat mince with onions, add a little salt and pepper. Fry.
Cut the mushrooms on the plate. Fry lightly salted.
Eggs cook, cut into large cubes. I cut icerenkoy. Lightly pepper.
Cheese "experts" to RUB on average grater. Cheese tender, moderately spicy (salty) - very, very tasty. Not perezalit the rest of the toppings because the cheese and mayonnaise will give a piquancy and solnost.

Bake at 190 gr 35 minutes. Remove the pie, brush with egg yolk, put on top of the ornaments from dough (my snowflakes), brush them with egg yolk. Send the pie in the oven for 5 minutes.
