Cooking
For dessert cooking we need gelatin. If you use plates, then fill them with plenty of cold water and leave for 10-15 minutes, they should soften. If you have powdered gelatin, then pour the desired quantity of liquid. According to my instructions in 6 g of gelatin is taken 3-4 tbsp cold water. Leave to swell for 10 minutes.
In a saucepan, mix cream (any fat content, but the fatter slivochnie will taste), milk and sugar. On low heat bring to a boil. Remove from heat, cool slightly (one minute) and enter gelatin. Stir well to gelatin dissolved.
Divide cream mixture into 3 equal parts.
One of them enter fruit syrup (red - strawberry, pomegranate, cherry, etc.). The second to enter the vanilla, and the third - mint syrup (it is green).
For color intensity, you can enter food coloring - red and green. For green mixed 3 drops blue and 4 drops of yellow dye.
Pour the red mixture in the glasses. Put in the freezer for 20-30 minutes. It all depends on the thickness and properties of gelatin. The layer needs to harden.
Calyx with green and white mixture is immersed in hot water so they harden.
When the red mixture hardens, pour white. Put back in the freezer. To do the same with the green mixture. Before serving to hold in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours.
