Cooking
Beat the eggs until the weight increase several times.
Add 1.5 tbsp. sugar, vanilla, baking powder, and whisk. add the softened margarine, sour cream, mix well. gradually add cocoa and flour.
Divide the dough into two parts (2/3+1/3), bake two Korzh. a smaller cake to cut into two (or 1/3 of the dough to bake 2 cakes instead of one). bake at 150-160 Tons, a large cake about 50 minutes, a little 25 - 30 min. form I D = 23 cm.
Prepare the filling.3 tbsp milk mixed with coconut and 3/4 tbsp. sugar, stirring, bring to a boil. drain in cheesecloth (2-3 layers), cool slightly and squeeze well.

Take a large cake, if during baking, rose cap, it is gently cut away below the surface was smooth. next, cut from the cake circle, stepping back from the edges about 1-1,5 cm from the crust cut another, smaller diameter (also retreating from the edges 1-1,5 cm).

I, unfortunately, didn't get to decorate as I had planned (wanted to cover with chocolate icing and make something out of marzipan mass). sprinkled cake roasted almonds, grated on a fine grater. dipped whole nuts in carrot and beet juice, rolled them in sugar and spread on cake (as if simulating yellow and red autumn leaves).
