Cooking
Actually, we need 1 kg of apples without skin and core. Well-washed apricots and almonds. Water, sugar, juice and zest of a lemon. 2 pans. The recipe recommended to use pectin, I did not add. Jam so it will become quite thick.
400 g peeled apples cut into small pieces
Add all the water and half of the sugar. Who wish, at this stage you can add pectin. Stir. Put on the heat and allow to boil. Cook for 30 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. Set aside. Here's what we got. In the original recipe the resulting mass is recommended to grind in a blender. I'm not crushed, because this part of the jam at the end of cooking so it will become like a puree.
600 grams of peeled apples cut into slices. My apples were small, I cut them into 4 pieces
Squeeze the juice from the lemon. Lemon zest, grate, or cut with a knife
Mix in a saucepan the apples (those slices), the remaining sugar, juice and zest of lemon, apricots and almonds. Allow to stand for 20 minutes
Add to this mass the contents of the first pan, and cook for 1 hour on low heat. Periodically stir. The jam is ready.
Pour in sterilized jars, close with lids. Allow to cool. Help yourself!
