Dear cooks, today I want to offer you a dish from my childhood - fish sauce of sour cream and pickles, add to the sauce which takes away unloved by many "fish spirit". The dish is prepared quickly and simply, deal with it, even the young mistress.

Cooking

In a frying pan in 1 tbsp of vegetable oil fry onions until zolotisty, add the pickled cucumber, pour 200 ml of boiling water and closing the lid, give extinguished in 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the sour cream with the remaining 50 ml of water and flour. On the subject of sour cream - the heavier, the better, but I was limited to 10%. Add to the onions with the cucumbers, allow to boil, check for salt and possibly sugar. Remove the flame on low and allow to protushitsya 5-10 minutes depending on how crunchy or soft you want to cucumber. Periodically stir.
Add to the sauce ground black pepper and ground cumin. Put the fish pieces, cover, after 3-4 minutes turn the fish, again cover with a lid and turn off heat. Allow to stand for 5 minutes, during this time, the fish itself will get to be juicy, not dry.
Served with boiled potatoes, watering sauce and sprinkle with herbs.
