Chicken in mustard sauce
Chicken dishes are always in demand. And this recipe is no exception!

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1.2 kg

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Dry white wine

    100 ml

  • Salt

  • Dill

To connect with mustard vegetable oil.

Add flour, soy sauce and salt. Mix well.

Chicken is cut into portions, roll in sauce and place on the pan. Fry on low heat for 20 minutes, not forgetting to flip.

Then drain the released fat, pour wine and simmer for another 15 minutes.
