Cooking
Chicken liver cooked in boiling water for 10 minutes.
Chicken (I use breast) grind in a meat grinder.
To the mince add salt, pepper, possibly spices and stir. To clarify, no eggs, no milk and no bread used in this recipe!
Onions, boiled liver and cleaned nuts are finely chopped.
First fry the onions to a translucent color, then add the liver and nuts and another 5 minutes to warm up on medium heat. The stuffing is ready.
From chicken meat to form a cake, in the middle put a bit of filling and form a Patty.
Roll in breadcrumbs and fry until Golden brown.
Bring to readiness in the oven or in the microwave, 5-7 minutes.
