  • Beetroot leaves

  • Beets

  • Spinach

    1 coup

  • Arugula

    1 coup

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 tsp

Start with the fact that the salt in this recipe I used instead of salt and seasoning soy sauce "Kikkoman". Wash beets and bake in foil in the oven about 1 hour.
