So he called this salad. To rehabilitate me after my surgery we went to Italy, where the beloved has changed dietary habits, and I am thrilled. And in Italy he proposed to me! On arrival made him this salad, another diet food from me, but nevertheless hearty, healthy and, most importantly, delicious! The unusual combination of ingredients will not leave you indifferent, dear Powerade!

Here are our products that we will soon cast =).
The first thing I will do zucchini and mint, as they will take the most time. Zucchini cut into circles, mint finely shinkuem.
Put the zucchini on a baking sheet, sprinkle mint on top and put bake in a heated oven or a convection oven (I have a convection oven).
Next, the sesame seeds. Take a bit, because sesame seeds are high in calories, but this salad it will give a spicy touch. On a dry pan (I usually make a pancake) pour the sesame seeds and heated over high heat, stirring constantly. See to it not burnt.
When sesame become Golden brown, remove from the heat, pour into a bowl and set aside.
Now it's time for our refills. Mix lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, salt and pepper.
Take a dish in which is our salad. Spread the rocket leaves and pour their part of the filling.
And zucchini, meanwhile, is already prepared. Cut them into squares.
Spread on a salad and also pour a little dressing.
Next – shrimp. I was frozen, I pre-filled it with boiling water and held for about five minutes. Clean, spread on the zucchini. Sprinkle top with sesame seeds.
Well, the last step is the cheese. You can take cheese, but we prefer Grana Padano. I use a peeler to slice it into thin slices. Pour the remains of the filling, and voila!!!!! Bon appetit!
