Here is a set of products we need. Fresh chili peppers, I didn't have, so I used dried flakes of pepper. Yes, the cilantro, the husband can not stand, had to rule her out.
For the marinade mix in a saucepan the vinegar and water, add salt and sugar, put the stems of cilantro tied with a string. Bring to boil and cook to dissolve the salt and sugar. Cool. Peel the ginger and cut into thin slices. If you use fresh pepper, then finely chop it (remember to remove seeds). Radishes cut into slices ( I like thin slices and for this I use a peeler).
Mix in a container with chili, ginger and radish, pour the marinade (along with stems of cilantro), to close the container a good shake and leave for 2 hours to marinate. To serve, throwing in a sieve. Store in the refrigerator, however, I have kept long. Do not prepare in reserve, because every day snack is becoming more acute.
