Liver village
Always amazed by the skill of village women. Manage simple products to prepare something to be remembered for a very long time! Here is a recipe of my grandmother. In our family, he is in great demand! As always, tasty and healthy!

Ingredients

  • Liver pork

    300 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

Wash pork liver, cut into cubes, removing the vein (with pork liver film is not removed, it will be soft).

Prepare the vegetables: peel the Onion and cut into half rings, carrot RUB on a coarse grater, pepper cut into half rings.

Preheat a skillet (I use an old cast iron frying pan, a new Teflon - do not require strong heating), pour the oil and slightly fry the liver.

Now add the vegetables: first the onions, then the carrots and finally pepper (I usually add more tomatoes, sliced circles). Salt, add spices and mix. Allow to fry for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Spices you can choose what you want, what to like! I take the spice mix from the brand "Dream".

Add water to cover the liver (if desired, you can add either sour cream or tomato paste) and cover tightly. Simmer until tender liver (in my pan, 20 minutes).
