What could be easier than to make tea? Right. Just cook sausage. But we are not looking for easy ways. Let the apparent simplicity of this recipe does not scare you. Cooking
On the sausages make a longitudinal incisions (do not remove skins).
Fill them with milk and boil until boiling and then on slow fire for 5 minutes.
While sausages cook, cut onion (half rings), mushrooms (quite big cubes), from greens cut legs. Pour it all into a pan with butter and fry.
Remove the sausages from the milk (they will open "the books").
Put inside each leaf of greens and pour the grated cheese.
Milk in which cooked the sausages, pour the onion-mushroom mixture in the pan, gradually add the flour. If you have grated cheese and herbs, throw the, salt, pepper and leave to simmer on low heat for another 5 minutes.
Put sausages in a deep bowl.
Decorate with tomatoes "cherry" and pour around mushroom sauce. Enjoy your meal, not slurp loudly!
