Cooking
Beef cleaned of fat, cut into portions
In a container pour the vinegar, honey, stir. Add the vegetable oil, garlic, chili sauce (or pepper), cumin and red pepper. Stir it carefully.
Put the meat in the marinade, turn to soak all sides. Leave to marinate for half an hour, and can be longer. I have an hour good is marinated.
Onion cut into half rings.
Pepper cut into strips. I have mixed and frozen - very handy, saves time and money, would recommend. Heat the oven to 210 degrees. Pour the marinade into the pan. Meat put on a baking sheet with foil (I used the same tank), put in oven at medium level. After 10 minutes turn the meat.
While preparing meat, bring the marinade to a boil, add onion and pepper and fry on high heat for 1-2 minutes. Add a little vegetable oil and fry under the lid on low heat for another 5 minutes.
Take out the beef, let it cool down.
Meat cut into strips, add to the onions and peppers to the pan, pour the juice from the pan and stew for 5 minutes. Add salt to taste.
Serve the Fajitas in lettuce leaves, but the lack of it I used cabbage. Bon appetit! From Mexico with love!
