Soup
I offer You my version of the soup-puree of cauliflower - like that on the website it is missing. Everyone who tried it, couldn't identify what it is that gives it an interesting spicy flavor. And some people could not guess even, what is the main ingredient. Thanks to the "secret component" soup is just wonderful taste, not to mention the benefits of cauliflower. Make sure to prepare!

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    400 g

  • Broth

    500 ml

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Bacon

    50 g

  • Olive oil

    1 tsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

Let's start with the "secret" ingredient. It's bacon. Of course, not the most useful for figure and health thing, but it needs only 50 grams, this is enough to give the soup the desired flavour, and not to harm us. So, strips of bacon fry slightly in a dry skillet.

Add to the bacon arbitrarily chopped onion, garlic and Bay leaf and fry for another minute, stirring occasionally. Salt.

Pour in the cream, broth and put the cauliflower. Cook until tender cabbage (about 20-25 minutes). Remove the Bay leaf. Soup puree them in a blender. If necessary, doselevel.

Pour the soup into plates, decorate with drops of olive oil and toasted sesame seeds. Bon appetit!)
