Cold soup
One sister offered me a "cold soup", but I immediately refused, because I've never tried it and not felt the urge. It took a few years, recently again came across this name, decided to prepare and enjoy it's mysterious to me dish recipe borrowed from my sister. Our entire family loves soup when we tried the "cold soup", everyone was ecstatic, they are similar in taste. Now is a frequent guest on our table. I invite you to enjoy a beautiful meal and now it will come in handy on hot days!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Cucumber

    3 piece

  • Green peas

    1 can

  • Sausage

    400 g

  • Dill

  • Green onions

  • Tomato juice

    1 l

  • Water

  • Salt

Because the number of ingredients gave me, I did everything by eye. I love that it was thicker, it came out at the time. Boil potatoes. Cucumber, sausage, potatoes cut into cubes, but you can according to your desire. I have a special shredder for such cases, so all the ingredients are diced. Add the peas, chopped dill and green onions. Mix well.

Pour in tomato juice and then add so much water to get your favorite consistency of soup. Add salt to taste.

Now take a plate a little more and enjoy a delicious borsch. You can still add a bit of sauerkraut, but I did not do. You can add a little mustard, but only in a bowl - it's not for everybody, this I refused. Mmmmm... how delicious!
