Cooking
Chicken can be boiled, but I prefer to fry it, as I am sure that you will not oversleep the moment when the fillet turns into a tarpaulin boots. By the way, the chicken salads I've fried, for sure. Pour all sliced products yogurt, then dilute to desired density serum. I love it when the soup is liquid, so pour about a liter. Bring to taste: add salt and lemon juice (if you will have enough acid from the whey, lemon juice can be added). The finished soup put in refrigerator for 3-4 hours to steep. Even better to cook at night, so this morning she was quite fabulous.
