Okroshka with chicken
We have come a real heat, that is, the spring, and wanted to cook something light, refreshing and summery. Hash I love with terrible force, but variants with sausage or canned - ne causam. Offer a recipe of the hash, which I always prepared, namely, chicken. It is a more delicate, light and diet. Go!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    1.5 l

  • Serum

    1 l

  • Dill

    30 g

  • Lemon juice

  • Salt

Chicken can be boiled, but I prefer to fry it, as I am sure that you will not oversleep the moment when the fillet turns into a tarpaulin boots. By the way, the chicken salads I've fried, for sure. So, chicken, slice diagonally into thick slices 1 see Fry on both sides for 2-2,5 minutes in small amount of vegetable oil. I leave the fillet slightly (slightly!) pink inside to remain juicy (under its own temperature it "comes" to alert, but do not desiccate).

Chicken is cut in small cubes against the grain.

Cut the potatoes into small cubes (you can just mash these, so the soup will appear thick).

Eggs finely chop.

With dill do the same - finely chop.

Pour all sliced products yogurt, then dilute to desired density serum. I love it when the soup is liquid, so pour about a liter. Bring to taste: add salt and lemon juice (if you will have enough acid from the whey, lemon juice can be added). The finished soup put in refrigerator for 3-4 hours to steep. Even better to cook at night, so this morning she was quite fabulous.
