Canned tomatoes with ketchup
Today on the site there are lots of recipes for canning tomatoes, but ketchup among them I found. Closed cucumbers this way, so why not use it to the tomatoes. And from your chosen form of ketchup will, to some extent, depend on the taste of our tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

  • Salt

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    5 Tbsp

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Basil

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

In clean jars put the spices and herbs you love and use. In this recipe I took the umbrellas of dill and one Basil leaf. All "eyes".
