Description
This recipe I first saw on the Internet, then one of the culinary groups. Decided to cook and it has paid off. Incredibly delicious pie: tender, literally the silk stuffing... It's not even a pie, it is more like a cake or maybe a cheesecake... In any case, it is incredibly delicious)))

Cooking
The softened margarine to mix with sugar. Beat eggs. To combine all the ingredients for dough and knead. If the dough will be too soft, add flour. The original recipe stated 350 g of flour, but I have so much left. A small piece of dough to tear and to postpone for decoration.
Cheese, if required, RUB through a sieve. All of the ingredients together and beat with a mixer until smooth. If there is no pudding (I used Dr. Oetker) you can replace it with 2.5 tbsp corn starch and vanilla to taste.
The form lay a circle of baking paper, grease it and the sides of the form with margarine. Put the dough evenly and mash it with your hands, place your side. Pour the dough on the filling. A pending piece of dough to roll out, to tear away pieces of irregular shape and spread on the filling. Immediately place in the preheated to 175 degrees oven. Bake for about 60 minutes. If the top is too brown, cover the form with foil. Half an hour later I temperature still lowered slightly.
My "Cow" turned out to be too tanned. Ideally, there should be brown spots on a white background. However, this does not affect the taste. Cake is fabulously delicious))) help yourself! Bon appetit!!!
