Zucchini season is almost over, and I decided to traditionally cook from them jam, and will share with You the recipe that I use for several years. Delicious, unusual, and in the winter with teas, all lovely. Help yourself

Cooking
Zucchini wash, peel, remove seeds and cut into small cubes.
Oranges and lemon too wash and cut arbitrarily.
Fill with sugar and leave for at least 5 hours or overnight.
Put the saucepan with the zucchini on the fire, bring to a boil and cook for a few minutes. Let cool completely and again proverjaem. Repeat process 2-3 times.
Ready jam spread in pre-sterilized jars and close with lids. Banks do not turn.
