Pudding chicken hearts
The original of this recipe I found in the great book of Larisa Rubalskaya "Cooking with Larisa Rubalskaya", the recipe called neck "Huntress Diana". But I decided to slightly alter the recipe and was very pleased with the result. The dish turned out very tender, just melts in your mouth, so I called it a pudding. Believe me, except you, no one would guess that dish is made of chicken hearts. By the way, the hearts in this dish can be substituted with chicken liver (for fans).

Ingredients

  • Black pepper

  • Onion

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Semolina

    1 cup

Semolina pour the water. Fry the onions until Golden brown in vegetable oil (drain excess oil). To scroll through a meat grinder chicken hearts, fried onions. Whip the eggs separately and add to the semolina mass and again beat to introduce cardio-onion mass.
