Chicken in wine and cream sauce
Chicken with mushrooms in an amazing sauce of wine, cream and onions. Can be used as a separate dish or serve with your favourite side dish.

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • Salt

  • Mushrooms

    125 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Dry red wine

    100 ml

  • Broth

    100 ml

  • Cream

    30 ml

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 tsp

  • Melted butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

    2 sprig

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

Chicken cut into cubes, season with salt and spiced with. In a large frying pan, heat vegetable oil and fry the chicken until light Golden brown, about 4 minutes. Add the oregano, etc. Try not to overcook so the chicken retained its juiciness.

Then remove the chicken to a plate.

In a pan add vegetable oil and on medium heat fry the chopped mushrooms. Fry, stirring occasionally, until Golden brown. The mushrooms are not salted, they will remain juicy.

Chop the onion and garlic, add them to the mushrooms. Fry for a few minutes.

In a frying pan for mushrooms, add the red wine. Boil briefly until the liquid is reduced, has to stay a little while.

To the sauce add chicken broth, cream, add Bay leaf. Stir and bring the sauce to a boil. Cook 3 minutes on low heat.

To the sauce add the meat and stew a few moments.

Remove the Bay leaf. The pan remove from heat. Salt and pepper to taste. If you want more sauce, no cream needed.

The finished dish to put it into the plate, add the greens.
