Cooking
Brown sugar grind in a coffee grinder into powder. Brown cane sugar will give your dessert a caramel taste and a soft, creamy color. Then whip the cold cream with the received powder to stable peaks.
Add the cheese and the liqueur (syrup), gently beat with a mixer on the lowest speed within 1 minute.
In the form put a small layer of cream and cottage cheese mixture, flatten.
Mango cleanse and blender (or a fork) to grind into a puree. If you have to sell mangoes are greenish, in advance, in three days, "bury" it into the flour and it you have a "ripe". Two sticks of biscuits dipped well on all sides in mango puree...
... and put the second layer here.
Then again a layer of the future parfait and a layer of cookies, laid out in a staggered manner compared to the first layer sticks.
The last layer is cheese and cream. Now we remove our dessert in the freezer for 5-6 hours. The remaining puree to wrap and put in refrigerator.
An hour before serving dessert remove from the freezer and allow to thaw in the refrigerator. Garnish with the remaining pistachios and mango puree. This is amazing! Feel the taste of Spring!!!
