Cooking
For cooking I used the rice "Kuban" from the Mistral.
Rice fill with water according to instructions on the package (1 to 2) and cook until soft, about 15 minutes.

Put the onion, soy sauce and svezhemoloty a mixture of peppers. Salt as desired and needed.
Add melkorublenoy herbs, I have parsley and celery. All thoroughly kneaded.
Stuff squid fish-rice stuffing, fasten the hole with a toothpick, put in convenient for baking form.
Squid pour on top of cream and sprinkle with grated cheese. Put in heated to 200 degrees oven and bake 20 minutes.
Get ready squid out of the oven.
