This recipe I found in an old Soviet cookbook. A wonderful combination of crunchy waffle, airy, melting in your mouth meringue and chocolate glaze.

Cooking
Beat the whites to a froth. Whisking, gradually add sugar (1-2 tbsp). Beat until until the mixture becomes thick and dense (I was only 8 minutes on medium speed).
Add ground biscuits and toasted nuts.
Gently movements from the bottom-up, mix well.
On the baking pan waffle sheet, and on it lay a mass of meringue. Put in the oven. To dry the meringue at a temperature of 100 degrees. Cooking time depends on the size. On average, drying is necessary for 1-1.5 hours (it took me 1 hour and 20 minutes).
The meringue is ready, gently remove and put on the table, still hot meringue to cover with the second wafer sheet and quickly flip. Cool. While cooling, prepare the frosting (I always make one recipe: http://www.povarenok.ru/recipes/show/55348/). Chilled pie to cover with glaze. Decorate as desired - I have sugar flowers
