                            Peel the kiwi, cut into small pieces.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Miss kiwi using a blender and pour lemon juice.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Add 1-2 sachets of gelling agent means the sugar and put on medium heat, not forgetting to stir. Once it boils, after 5 - 10 minutes, the mixture starts to thicken.
