Cooking

step-0
Melt the butter and whisk it with the eggs.
step-1
Add the powdered sugar Haas and Haas vanilla sugar, mix well.
step-2
In a bowl sieve together the flour and not sweet cocoa powder, add the baking powder, mix gently. Baking powder I made myself, with the help of citric acid Haas, write down the recipe: 2 tsp soda, 2 tsp citric acid, 1 tsp flour, 1 tsp starch. Mix well, store in a jar under the lid.
step-3
Pour the batter into the pan diameter 20 cm, greased SL. oil. Put in oven preheated to 180C. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Be guided by your oven - the edges of the crust should be dry and the middle is slightly moist.
step-4
Prepare the glaze - in hot cream (milk) add chocolate, broken into small pieces and the vanilla sugar Haas. When the chocolate melts, mix well.
step-5
So it should look like the finished brownies - baked edges and slightly moist in the middle. Check that torch, brownies should be moist, but not wet!
step-6
Pour on top of mini-marshmallows and nuts, again put in the oven for 3-5 minutes.
step-7
During this time the marshmallows will swell and slightly Pozolotina, and nuts are browned.
step-8
Pour the glaze surface. You can apply it as hot and cold pie. I put on hot and then put a few minutes in the oven. Marshmallows mixed with chocolate and was very impressive surface. Decide for yourself which option of design do you like more. Allow the dessert to cool and remove from forms.
