Creamy bars with sesame seeds
Very tasty and aromatic bread with a crispy crust for Breakfast and not only!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Butter

    90 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sesame

  • Yeast

    7 g

Knead the dough:option 1.- by hand-sieve the flour into a bowl, stir in yeast and salt. Pour a little warmed cream into the flour, begin to knead the dough.

Add the butter, knead elastic dough, cover and leave in warm for "approach". It is possible to use the oven, setting the temperature of 50-70 deg. After increasing in volume punch down and knead again, cover and let it rise.
