Cooking
Bred yeast in warm water, add salt, sugar, egg and flour. Knead the dough. Put it in a warm place, after covering with a clean cloth or towel. Leave somewhere for an hour or longer to come.
Knead the dough not sticking to hands, and it could roll out.
Take a piece of dough the size of a chicken egg and roll out to the size of sausages. Put the sausage in the middle.
Wrap the sausage in the dough. Edge zasiyaet.
Cut as shown in photo (sausage cut completely).
Turn in a circle and form the octopus.
Spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Allow to stand for 10 minutes. Grease top with egg yolk and put in oven, bake until tender. I got 7 octopuses. Bon appetit!!! :-)
