Siberian adjika or bollocks
I think everyone knows this cool!!! seasoning to the dumplings, manta rays, spaghetti, even just on bread... Very surprised, finding her to "Cook". Maybe a different title? Well worth in the fridge all winter without twist. The perfect accompaniment to vegetable soup, the recipe of which I posted earlier.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    1 kg

  • Horseradish

    60 g

  • Garlic

    40 g

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

Classic: 1 kg of tomatoes, 60 g of grated horseradish, 40 grams of garlic. Considering local conditions, availability of products and sensitive German noses, I reduced the dose of garlic, but I added paprika (sweet pepper), it adds flavor, and instead of fresh grated horseradish ready to take in the jar.

Tomatoes, garlic and paprika mince (I prefer in this case a hand, not a blender), add the horseradish (if fresh, skip it through a meat grinder), add salt to taste and sharim. I have 1/2 kg of tomatoes (not harvested for future use, and do at times eat) - this amount makes about 700 grams of seasoning.
