I wasn't going to post this recipe, for this reason, photos are few and they are all made by Yegor (he studied photography). But I was asked to post this recipe. Candied fruits in a plate or another container pour the brandy, shaking occasionally for 20-30 minutes. After this time, the cognac ignites. (Candied fruit added to the batter, they will be dry.)

So. Put the dough out of yeast, water and half portion of sugar and part of flour. When Opara rises, add pounded until white egg yolks with the remaining sugar, warm milk, salt, vodka and remaining flour. Knead the dough, finally add the melted (but not in any case not hot!!!) butter. Stir until smooth and put in a warm place. When the dough has risen add the raisins (roll in flour), and dried fruit, orange zest, mix well and add the whipped egg whites. Forms for cake grease with vegetable oil, covered with parchment paper (if necessary). Spread the dough into 1\\3 of the volume and put in a warm place for proofing.
