Ingredients for biscuits.
To in a bowl combine all dry ingredients: flour (250 gr.), 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp of baking soda.
Add in bowl sugar (170 gr.) butter TM "Ekomilk" to 82.5%. (160 gr.). The bowl aside for a few minutes to soften butter.
Almonds add to a bowl, cover almonds with boiling water (so it will be better in the future to clean). Cool. Peel the almonds. On a dry pan, add the almonds, fry it lightly.
Chop the almonds into pieces.
In the bowl with the dry components, add the almond crumbs.
Softened butter TM "Ekomilk" to 82.5%. (160 gr.), mix with sugar (170 gr.) into a homogeneous plastic mass. Add the egg (1 PC.) to be mixed Thoroughly.
To the butter-egg mixture gradually, portions add the flour with almonds.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put into the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
The dough, remove from refrigerator, roll out to a thickness of 5-6 mm. the Molds for cookies cut out various figures.
Cookies spread on the sheet, covered with baking paper. Cookies brush with beaten egg and send in a preheated t170-180C oven. Bake until Golden brown.
Pour cookies with chocolate icing.
