Cookies lovers of crumbly pastry with cinnamon and almonds.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Butter

    160 g

  • Sugar

    170 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Almonds

    0.5 cup

To in a bowl combine all dry ingredients: flour (250 gr.), 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp of baking soda.

Add in bowl sugar (170 gr.) butter TM "Ekomilk" to 82.5%. (160 gr.). The bowl aside for a few minutes to soften butter.

Almonds add to a bowl, cover almonds with boiling water (so it will be better in the future to clean). Cool. Peel the almonds. On a dry pan, add the almonds, fry it lightly.

Softened butter TM "Ekomilk" to 82.5%. (160 gr.), mix with sugar (170 gr.) into a homogeneous plastic mass. Add the egg (1 PC.) to be mixed Thoroughly.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put into the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.

Cookies spread on the sheet, covered with baking paper. Cookies brush with beaten egg and send in a preheated t170-180C oven. Bake until Golden brown.
