Strawberry dessert with a straw
Strawberries are one of my favorite berries - juicy, sweet and of course fragrant. Dessert is a fantastic combination of salty and sweet. He crispy salty base of straw covered with a luscious layer of cream cheese, and on top of an impressive layer of fragrant strawberries. The pleasure of taste!!!

Ingredients

  • Straws

    200 g

  • Butter

    12 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Cream cheese

    200 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Whipped cream

    200 g

  • Strawberry

    1500 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Gelatin

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Water

    0.5 cup

Cooking

Put pretzel sticks and sugar in a food processor and pulse for about 15 pulses. Pour the melted butter to the strips and ultiroute 10 more pulses before the unification. Should be small pieces of straw.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease with butter the bottom of the form 27 to 22, see I used two forms of a smaller size. Place the base on the bottom of the form. Bake in preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, using a beater, mix the softened cream cheese with sugar. Gradually add the chilled heavy cream. Mix gently.

Pour the cream cheese mixture on the cooled base of straw. Spread it into an even layer. Place in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

900 grams of strawberries to blend, puree. 600 gr. strawberries cut into halves and set aside.

Soak gelatine in cold water for 5 minutes.

Grinded berries, strain through a fine sieve.

Pour mashed berries into a small saucepan. Add sugar and salt. Cook puree over medium heat. After boiling, cook for about 5 minutes. In the hot strawberry mixture, add the softened gelatin and whisk with a whisk until gelatin is dissolved and evenly distributed in the strawberry puree. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

Gently pour half of the cooled strawberry mixture to the creamy layer. Put the chopped (pre -) the berries and pour the remaining half of the strawberry jelly. Place the dessert in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.. Bon appetit!!!
