The rice in the egg wrapper-Omuraisu
Amoris (Omurice) or omuraisu (omu-raisu) is a Japanese dish which is a fried rice wrapped in an omelet or covered them. It is served with ketchup, which is often used in order to write a phrase, message or name of the person for whom it is prepared. As you may have guessed, the name of omuraisu represents a combination of the words omelet and rice are the main ingredients of this dish.
