Most likely, a similar dish is on the site and, probably, even has a nice name... I wasn't going to do something unusual, just wanted to fry normal fish cakes. Then decided to make them in the oven on the principle of "souffle" (the house is cold, and running the oven creates a comfort). Then ideas began to come to me. The result was very tasty, and I want to share with you.

Cooking
Because to cook something unusual, I was not going, the initial photo I have, unfortunately, no. But then the usual burgers, I took fillet of Pollock, twisting it in a meat grinder. There is (in a meat grinder) sent a loaf of bread, previously soaked in milk, onion. Salt, add the seasoning to the fish with the lemon flavor. All mixed. And decided to bake it in the oven. This took the dish, greased it with oil and put part of the stuffing.
Then I decided to sandwich it cheese. Cheese rubbed on a grater and sprinkle on top. Sorry, photos did not have time to do, as quickly laid out on top of the remaining stuffing. Then I decided to grease everything on top of the mayonnaise.
And sprinkle with dried Basil.
Then I decided that the first dish you need to cover with foil. And put it in the oven for 20 minutes at temp. 200 gr. After 20 minutes the foil was removed and put in the oven for another 20 minutes.
That's what happened. If let stand for five minutes, all perfectly cut into portions.
