Cooking
Chicken fillet cut into small pieces, each piece salt, pepper, beats. Spread in a baking dish, each layer * brush sour cream. I got two thin layers of meat. Top pour sour cream, sprinkle with parsley.
Mushrooms peel, cut in big pieces.
In a pan fry the mushrooms, add the onions, salt, pepper. When the onion is fried a bit, add a piece of butter, cover with a lid and stew for 5 minutes. Then add a little sour cream and simmer for another 5 minutes with cover closed.
Lay out a layer of mushrooms with gravy on top of meat. Pour sour cream.
Potatoes cut into thin slices. Do a thin layer, salt and pepper, sprinkle with seasoning for potatoes, pour sour cream each layer (I got three small layers).
All sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover with a lid and put into the oven for 35 minutes, then remove the lid and bake for another 10-15 minutes until tender.
The finished casserole and sprinkle with herbs. Serve after 10 minutes after take them out of the oven.
