Spring has come and I want more greens and vitamins. Offer to cook a very tasty home-made cheese, into which you can put any herbs in any amount that you like and want in early spring. Cheese is prepared in a roll and is saturated with fresh greens, delicate hint of garlic and is complemented by the aroma of soy sauce.

Cooking
Milk mixed with curd.
Pour into a sieve with double gauze for draining excess fluid for a few minutes.
The cheese is soft, moist.
On the slightly cooled curd add eggs alternately.
Add sugar and soda and with constant, active stirring, cook the cheese. Salt to taste (I make the cheese slightly salty, I like it better)
Cook about 5-10 min until the cheese is starting to move away from wall to stretch without stopping.
Received spread cheese on a silicone Mat or parchment paper.
Prepare the filling. Grind herbs, add grated on a fine grater garlic, and vegetable oil.
Spread the filling on the cheese.
Then also add the leaves of parsley can green onions or other greens.
A collapsible roll. Cheese plastic, no breaks and well minimized.
Put a few hours in the fridge to harden, covering the package.
