Homemade cheese
Spring has come and I want more greens and vitamins. Offer to cook a very tasty home-made cheese, into which you can put any herbs in any amount that you like and want in early spring. Cheese is prepared in a roll and is saturated with fresh greens, delicate hint of garlic and is complemented by the aroma of soy sauce.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    1 l

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Soda

    1 g

  • Salt

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    0.2 piece

Cooking

Milk mixed with curd.

Squeeze the lemon juice.

Pour into a sieve with double gauze for draining excess fluid for a few minutes.

The cheese is soft, moist.

Add soy sauce 2 tbsp.

On the slightly cooled curd add eggs alternately.

Add sugar and soda and with constant, active stirring, cook the cheese. Salt to taste (I make the cheese slightly salty, I like it better)

Cook about 5-10 min until the cheese is starting to move away from wall to stretch without stopping.

Received spread cheese on a silicone Mat or parchment paper.

Prepare the filling. Grind herbs, add grated on a fine grater garlic, and vegetable oil.

Add 1 tbsp of soy sauce.
