Description

Plum jam with bananas and walnuts
Don't know about You, but I this year wanted something exotic in the kitchen, including in conservation. Making a dozen different kinds of jams and preserves, I continue to experiment. Harvest plums, and apricots, this year was unusually large. This weekend I gathered at the cottage a ton of plums and thought about their application. Part is frosted, and the rest of the cooked jam, in which there are bananas, nuts and cocoa. Very interesting to have taste.
