Cooking
Soak the beans overnight. Boil the beans for 1.5 hours.
Zucchini cut into small cubes. Cabbage finely chop.
Crush the garlic. Celery cut into cubes.
In a saucepan with a thick bottom pour olive oil, add the garlic, zucchini and cabbage. Season with herbs de Provence.
On small fire under the lid, boil for 10 minutes.
Add the beans along with the broth in which it cooked. Add salt and bring to a boil, cook for 3 minutes. Let stand 10-15 minutes.
