Description
Tender scones stuffed with fresh homemade cheese. This dish of our national cuisine. Tortillas are fried on a dry pan without oil.

Cooking
In a big bowl sift the flour, make a funnel and pour 1 tsp. of salt.
Warm kefir add 1 tsp. of baking soda with the top of the mix.
Pour into the flour and knead by hand a soft dough.
The dough cover with a towel and leave to rest for 20-30 minutes.
Let's prepare the filling. Cottage cheese (not salty or salted; if the curd is salted, then it will have to pour warm boiled water and leave for 1 hour or more, and then squeeze) to pound, add eggs, salt to taste and chopped green onions (the more onions, the tastier filling).
Divide the dough into small balls - 10-12 pieces.
Flatten to 1 cm thick. Place it in the middle of 2.5 tbsp filling.
