Lazy cakes with Apple filling
Tender, flavorful, crispy pies with Apple butter filling and a lovely sugar and cinnamon crust will delight you with its taste. To lose them is simply impossible!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Bread

    10 slice

  • Water

    75 ml

  • Corn starch

    10 g

Cooking

For the filling, melt 30 g of butter.

Add diced pre-cleaned apples, 45 ml of water and 80 g of sugar.

Dissolve the starch in 30 ml cold water.

Add the apples, bring to boil and boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. The stuffing is ready. It can be used for any baking. They're delicious, creamy and does not leak. Before using the filling must be cooled. You can prepare it the day before and leave in the fridge.
